Cancellation Policy

Shiniest Cleaning Services Policy 1. Safety and Work Practices Employees will follow all safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be used as needed for safe cleaning. Any hazards or risks noticed on-site must be reported immediately. 2. Cleaning Standards We provide thorough cleaning of agreed areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and waste removal. Special requests and additional services may incur extra charges upon prior agreement. 3. Customer Service Our team will be courteous and professional at all times. Cleaners will greet clients upon arrival and notify if leaving during appointments. Customer complaints or concerns will be addressed promptly and escalated to management if unresolved. 4. Scheduling and Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur fees as per the Terms and Conditions. We strive to adhere to scheduled times and will communicate promptly if delays occur. 5. Privacy and Confidentiality Client information is confidential and solely used to provide services. Employees are required to respect client privacy and property at all times. 6. Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items. Clients should secure valuables before service.
